Your HSK Prime # is the only number you need for weight loss. HSK analyzes all your foods, activities and the weight you log everyday to give you an accurate number for weight loss daily. Remember to make logging simple (5 minutes a day). HSK algorithm is designed to work with guesstimates so you don't have to be exact to receive an accurate number. If you don't know the exact calorie count/nutritional values of your food or activity do an estimate or log something comparable to it. Stay below Your HSK Prime # daily to lose weight, at to maintain or over to gain. You will start out with the old STATIC equation ALL other sites/trackers use than after 2 days of logging you will be switched to HSK algorithm. Your HSK Prime # will be adjusting daily based on what you log and how it impacted your weight. Your HSK Prime # will become more accurate the longer you log and will auto adjust as you change the foods you eat, activities you do, your lifestyle, your age and so on.
Not logging your weight or missing large amounts of calories daily will make your number less accurate. You can always RESTART by resetting your HSK Prime # here.
